The house is on two floors.  The ground floor which used to be a storage area for grain, farm implements and animals has been converted into a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom.

The kitchen has a built-in oven and both electric and gas hobs.   There is a fridge and large chest  freezer  There is an iron and ironing board.  The kitchen is well equipped with toaster, kettle, breadmaker, slow cooker and crockery for both inside and outside dining.
 
The bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and wc.

The upper floor has a large veranda, called a chardac. All the upstairs rooms are off the open veranda.  There is a living room with original wood panelling, comfortable sofa, fireplace, TV.  Video and DVD player with an eclectic mix of videos and DVD's a playstation with a number of games.  

Off the living room is a bedroom with a kingsize bed, the room has a jamal, the original central heating of the house.  The room has stunning views to the mountains.

The second  bedroom has a double bed, double aspect with views to the garden and to the mountains. 

The third bedroom has a single bed with an ensuite shower room and wc.This single room have views over the garden and the recently installed patio area and large swimming pool, 10m x 5m, complete with an outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a large sunbathing area that comes complete with luxury sunbeds for those long lazy summer days. Adjoining this area is a large covered open plan barn that has facilities for open air dining with a table to seat 6 and a seating area with two double settees, a single chair and a coffee table. All perfect for outdoor living. The pool and the barn area can be lit at night so the fun doesn't have to stop when the sun goes down

   


    

There is also a smaller summer kitchen beside the house, complete with the original old fireplace and bread oven, that is suitable for eating breakfast or just relaxing in when the sun get a bit too hot.

 The property is available for rental as a whole house, sleeping 5 people, or the rooms are available for rent individually, though in this case the pool area and main downstairs living area's could be shared with other guests.Rental period is from April to end Oct. The house is not available for winter rentals
